Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Pumpkin Bear Studio, every item is handmade with care. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we would like to make things right!

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery, and returns within 30 days 

We do NOT accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Sale items

  • Digital products

Exchanges 

If you received the wrong order or something arrived damaged, we are happy to offer an exchange or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for exchanges and replacements.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect returns, we will email confirmation and if the item meets the return criteria your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or faulty

How to start a return

  • Your order number

  • The items you wish to return or exchange

  • The reason for return

  • Images of any damaged items
