We take great care in preparing and packing each handmade item so it arrives safely at your doorstep.

Processing Times

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. During busy periods (e.g. holidays or sale events) processing times may increase. We will always do our best to make the waiting as minimal as possible!

Shipping

We currently only ship within the UK. Shipping fees are added at checkout with free shipping on orders over £50.

We are currently doing standard shipping, so orders are not tracked, if you would like to discuss tracking delivery please email us before checking out at thepumpkinbearstudio@outlook.com.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at the moment, but we hope to offer this in the future!

We are not responsible for delays caused by royal mail or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
